I found an Indian market right here in town!
and bought some black mustard seed, curry leaves and hing.
These were a nice addition to spices I already had.

So I begin by making dal, it is an Indian staple.
This one is yellow lentils and tomatoes.
The air is full of aroma as it cooks.
mMmmm mmmm

It turned out beautifully with green beans and rice on the side.

How is it?
Delicious!
