The lights are glow sticks! But the camera is set on a slow speed. The people in the pictures had to stand VERY still, while others around would run around with the colored glow sticks.
oh, so now i get it- the subject held still and the others ran around with the light- i couldn't figure out how you got the different colors- that is so creative!
