Loosing weight the healthy way!

  1. So what's the healthy way? Less calories and exercise. blah, blah, blah. Me too. Everyday it's a challenge to exercise. And I want to know what's up with 'back fat'?

  2. A constant battle for me. I eat healthier than I ever have...and it's still a struggle. If I just could completely cut out sugar, I think that's my biggest problem.

  3. Not everyone gets to be skinny, unfortunately, but I think being healthy is something I too need a lot of work on.

    @Sandy. Oh and it's called fat back in the south. Of course, there, they are referring to the literal fat from the back of a pig that gets used over and over again (fat in a jar) for cooking. I'm sure you could have lived the rest of your life without that imagery.

    Also, I will forego wheat and dairy for a while.

  6. "Eat to Live" I am not a person who believes in diets and identifying one reason for things so this books/philosophy is great!! I've had 3 friends lose a lot of weight with this plan and it's a lifestyle not just a diet. See what you think!
