SPINACH
I have been using spinach alot lately.
So much you can do with Spinach!
I can make a very nice fresh salad,
or I can steam it with garlic and add a touch of apple cider vinegar
But today, I will make a smoothie with my spinach.
Using the little tiny orange limes from my tree, cashews, ginger, and an apple.

I LOVE spinach. I eat it a lot too. There usually is a bag of it in the fridge with our lettuce. I add it to salad, soup, I like it with vinegar and garlic too. I even will eat it right out of the can! Sometimes I crave it!
By the way, the pictures on my header and the pictures with sayings on them are my original photographs I take. I'm making my own postcards out of my photos.
I like spinach. Had no idea it was high in sodium. I'll have to try the smoothie.
