I Should Have Been an Architect- Bamboo houses

Bamboo Homes come in all shapes and sizes!

I think these are lovely homes.

They are strong with good waterproof roofs, but no insulation!
Why? Because these homes are designed for the tropics!
It would be fun to stay in one while on vacation!

We got a chance to explore the marina at Long Beach.

We missed our Friday District Convention session so....

We stayed at the Hyatt on Thursday nite.

As the morning progresses more happy people arrive,
all of them leaving behind the cares of this world,
to take in more understanding from our

Lunch with Dalton and gang!
What a refreshing opportunity!
Taking in knowledge of our Grand Creator, Jehovah
and learning how to apply Bible principles in our everyday life.

We also got some new presents!
Two new brochures entitled:
"The Origin of Life" & "Was Life Created?"

A new book!
"God's Word For Us Through Jeremiah"

And a DVD!
"Jehovah's Witnesses, FAITH IN ACTION
part 1: Out Of Darkness"

We came away with determination to imitate our Heavenly Father, Jehovah
invigorated to reflect his qualities more fully as His faithful servants
following the urgings of God's holy spirit.
