Diet for Health

About once a year I visit a Certified Nutrition Consultant
with the goal of keeping the right amount of vitamins and minerals in my system,
for the purpose of building up my body, so it can fight off weaknesses.
So....after I went to the dentist I made a visit to build up my body, using food supplements,
vitamins, minerals and other things. (More about that later.)

I was focused on Energy Balancing, Stress management, parasite elimination, sound and color therapy, weight loss the natural way, heavy metal and chemical detoxification.

So I came home with many pills to boast my energy level and detox my system.
Also, a list of foods I can have! All vegetables, espeically leafy green ones, with one exception, no corn or corn meal. I can have many fruits, however, grapes, dates and citrus I must stay away from.
No Wheat, and No Dairy, with the exception, I can have eggs and goat cheese.

I can have chicken, duck, lamb, turkey, bass , catfish, cod, haddock, halibut, mahi mahi, orange roughy,
red snapper, sardines, sole and trout. As far as oils I can have: flax, olive, safflower, and sesame.
For snacks I have all kinds of seeds and nuts, however no peanuts.

So I am not deprived! I have many many things to eat!
What about baking?

I use this! Wait till you see what I had for breakfast!

Sunny Mornings are the Best

On sunny mornings this is what I wake up to,
Many many little prisms, rainbows, dancing colors on my ceiling.
Very Cheerful!

Thinking Healthy!

So far I have been able to stay away from sugar, wheat and dairy. So what have I been eating?

Green beans, cabbage, carrots, kale, apples, mangoes, banana, dates and berries! quinoa, rice, coconut milk, almond milk, wheat free pancakes!
Chicken, and the list of vegetables goes on and on and on......
