Break fast on new diet

Wheatfree pancakes!
(mostly rice flours)
I use coconut oil to grease frying pan, then
I put sliced bananas on top of pancake, then turn it over,
the bananas sweeten and carmelize a little.
When pancake is done I top it with fresh raspberries (my favorite)
and Agave syrup (less sugars than maple syrup)
This is sooooo yummmy!

These supplements help my system stay balanced.
They contain B vitamins, amino acids and herbs.
Mg-K Aspartate is Magnesium, Potassium, and Aspartic acid.
